Control Delivery Is Not Execution: A Reproducible AIREP Boundary Study

This dataset and software artifact evaluates a narrow AIREP boundary: whether successful evidence delivery alone establishes that a consumer executed, interpreted, or enforced the delivered control. Across reproducible consumer variants, the study records delivery outcomes separately from consumer-side execution evidence. The bounded result is that delivery success establishes transport to the consumer boundary, while execution and enforcement require independent consumer-side evidence. The release does not claim universal interoperability, production security, or conformance of arbitrary consumers. It includes the experiment harness, generated evidence, external replication materials, manuscript sources, manifests, and verification scripts.
