Next Generation Sequencing Analysis of primary rat lung fibroblast transcriptomes

Purpose: We report the application of single-molecule-based sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling of primary rat lung fibroblast cultured on 3-5 kPa PDMS compared to plastic over a 14-day timecourse.研究目的：本研究报道了基于单分子的测序技术（single-molecule-based sequencing technology）的应用，该技术用于对分别培养于3-5千帕聚二甲基硅氧烷（PDMS）基底与传统塑料培养底物的原代大鼠肺成纤维细胞（primary rat lung fibroblast）开展为期14天的时序高通量图谱分析。
