This dataset contains molecular dynamics trajectories of polymer melts composed of Kremer–Grest (KG)-like bead-spring chains with different topologies. Systems included:- Ring polymer melt (180 chains of 125 beads each)- Trefoil-knotted polymer melt (180 chains of 125 beads each) Simulation details:- Total simulation time: ~1.2 μs per trajectory- Trajectories saved every 5 ps and post-processed Data processing:- Trajectories are provided in .xyz format- Frames are subsampled at 500 ps intervals
