The invention relates to a bacterial strain Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QV15 (CECT 9371), a microorganism of the group of Gram + bacteria, genus Bacillus, stimulant of secondary metabolism of phenolic compounds, enhancer of extracts of fruit and leaf of raspberry and strawberry on enzymes associated with the regulation of blood glucose (alpha glucosidase), hypertension (angiotensin converting enzyme ACE), and inflammation (COX2 cyclo-oxygenase). This strain was isolated from the rhizosphere of Pinus pinea, in nutrient agar (PCA), and has been characterized morphologically, biochemically and genetically by sequencing the 16s gene. Said strain can be used in order to improve the properties of the extracts with respect to their application on enzymes associated with the metabolic syndrome or in order to modify the secondary metabolism to improve the phenolic compounds in plant species of agronomic, pharmacological and interest. food, and obtain a greater quantity of active ingredients and / or new foods with a standard content of phenols.
