This dataset contains signle site mutation of protein DLG4_RAT amino acid sequence and the correspond mutation effect score from a deep mutation scanning experiment. The dataset is split into training, validation, and test sets with 1325, 159, and 176 samples respectively. The label represents the fitness score of each mutant amino acid sequence based on a deep mutation scanning experiment.
