To provide a scientific basis for the development of effective disease control strategies, this study conducted a comprehensive genomic characterization and distribution analysis of toxin synthesis genes in the Alternaria alternata strain DT18131-B, a pathogen of silage maize leaf blight. Utilizing the Illumina PE150 sequencing platform, the whole genome of the strain was sequenced and analyzed with bioinformatics techniques. The results indicated a genome size of 34,065,379 bp, encoding 9578 genes, with 9519 genes annotated in the NR database.
