Comparison of chromatin accessibility between NF-kB and Notch coactivated marginal zone precursor (MZP) B cells and converted myeloid cells from these B cells NF-kB and Notch signaling were activated in CD19+ B cells by crossing ROSA26-NIKΔT3flSTOP and ROSA26-Notch2ICN mice with CD19-cre mice (TriB). MZPs from TriB mice were tranplanted into CD45.1 recipient mice. MZPs were converted into myeloid cells in some recipient mice. The MZPs and converted myeloid cells were used for chromatin accessibility (ATAC-seq) experiments.
