Anemia data, hemodialysis patients

CSV files contain information on gender, height and weight of the patients, measured pre- and post-dialysis hemoglobins (measured with CritLine III monitors) and simulated hemoglobin values using a physiological based mathematical model for erythropoiesis and erythropoietin doses.<br>Further, there are several python files that show a basic implementation of the parameter identification approach used to estimate individual model parameters from the patient data. This also includes an approximation, based on semigroups, of the system of partial differential equations describing the physiological model. The .docx file explains in a nutshell how to use the parameter identification code.
