Data associated to the long-term exposure of oysters and mussels to future ocean acidification and warming  in the Mediterranean Thau lagoon. Data are survival, biometry, reproduction, and energy reserves of oysters and mussels collected during 14 months under ambient condition and warming and acidification expected for 2050, 2075 and 2100 based on the most likely CO2 emission scenario (SSP3-7.0, IPCC, 2023).
