EVALUATION OF RESISTANCE OF DURUM WHEAT (Triticum durum) GENOTYPES TO RUST DISEASE

This article discusses the methods for assessing the resistance of durum wheat genotypes to rust disease, their genetic basis, and the possibilities of their application in the conditions of the Samarkand region. The results of the study show that the most effective method is to use phenotypic and molecular methods in combination to determine resistance.
