Mouse keratinocytes are known to lack TLR7 and NLRP3 inflammasome pathways. The goals of this project are to identify TLR7- and NLRP3-independent gene expression profiles induced by imiquimod. We pretreated keratinocytes with 4m8c, an inhibitor of IRE1, followed by stimulation with imiquimod.
