Paired-end Illumina MiSeq was performed to obtain the full population of partially edited A6-3', RPS12, and CYb mRNAs in procyclic T. brucei brucei cells (29-13 Lister427). Samples were taken from cells with KREH1 KO or with KREH1 conditional OE (wild-type and mutant) constructs. Alignment and analysis of sequences is possible using the Trypanosome RNA Editing Alignment Tool (TREAT) available on github.com/ubccr/treat.
