包装行业普遍存在交易前先付20至30%的定金，等客户收到全部货物再付其余尾款，会存在有客户迟迟拖欠尾款情况。企业综合实力在经济管理领域中起着非常重要的作用，可以帮助本行业所有企业识别和评估客户企业的信用风险，从而避免因客户违约而造成的损失。通过评价客户的企业等级，对于评级优秀或者良好级别的企业，本行业所有企业可以放心合作或者降低定金比例促进双方交易量，而对于评级及格级别的企业，本行业所有企业需要与客户企业维持在30%左右的定金比例上合作，而对于评级不及格级别的企业，本行业所有企业一定需要与客户企业在50%以上的定金比例上才能合作，从而避免因客户违约而造成的损失。1.对近一年合作的231家企业采集相关数据。2.算法规则：（1）a1（注册资本≥1亿加20分，在0.1至1亿加10分，其余都只加5分）（2）a2（一线城市加20分，二线城市加10分，其余加5分）（3）a3（员工数≥100人加15分，在30至100人加8分，其余加3分）（4）a4（专利总数≥15个加15分，在5-15个加8分，其余加5分）（5）a5（国家级荣誉加20分，省级荣誉加15分，市级荣誉加8分）（6）a6（企业有≥20诉讼的减10分，有5至20条减5分，5条以下不减分）（7）a7（凭主观打0至10分）（8）a8（企业等级在A和B级的加15分，企M级的加8分，C和D级的减2分）（9）a9（与本行业所有企业有≥3违约的减10分，有1或者2次违约的减5分，0次违约的加15分）。3.计算企业综合实力A=（a1+a2+a3+......a9）*k，k为系数，不同省份系数大小值不同，河南省k值为1.25。4.评价企业等级，A分值90分以上认定为优秀，75-90分为良好，60-75为及格，60分以下认定为不及格，从而帮助本行业所有企业识别和评估客户企业的信用风险，从而避免因客户违约而造成的损失

By evaluating the enterprise rating of customers, all enterprises in the industry can safely cooperate with enterprises rated excellent or good, or reduce the down payment ratio to promote transaction volume. For enterprises rated qualified, all industry enterprises need to maintain a down payment ratio of approximately 30% when cooperating. For enterprises rated failed, all industry enterprises must require a down payment ratio of over 50% to proceed with cooperation, so as to avoid losses caused by customer defaults.
1. Data collection: Collected relevant data from 231 cooperating enterprises over the past year.
2. Algorithm scoring rules:
(1) a1: 20 points awarded if registered capital ≥ 100 million RMB, 10 points awarded if 10 million ≤ registered capital < 100 million RMB, and 5 points awarded for all other cases
(2) a2: 20 points awarded if located in first-tier cities, 10 points awarded if in second-tier cities, and 5 points awarded for all other cases
(3) a3: 15 points awarded if number of employees ≥ 100, 8 points awarded if 30 ≤ number of employees < 100, and 3 points awarded for all other cases
(4) a4: 15 points awarded if total number of patents ≥15, 8 points awarded if 5 ≤ total number of patents <15, and 5 points awarded for all other cases
(5) a5: 20 points awarded for national-level honors, 15 points awarded for provincial-level honors, and 8 points awarded for municipal-level honors
(6) a6: 10 points deducted if the enterprise has ≥20 lawsuits, 5 points deducted if 5 ≤ number of lawsuits <20, and no points deducted for fewer than 5 lawsuits
(7) a7: Scored 0 to 10 points subjectively
(8) a8: 15 points added if the enterprise rating is Grade A or B, 8 points added if Grade M, and 2 points deducted if Grade C or D
(9) a9: 10 points deducted if the enterprise has ≥3 defaults with all enterprises in the industry, 5 points deducted if 1 or 2 defaults, and 15 points added if 0 defaults
3. Comprehensive enterprise strength calculation: The comprehensive enterprise strength A is calculated as A = (a1 + a2 + a3 + ... + a9) * k, where k is the coefficient varying across different provinces, with a value of 1.25 for Henan Province.
4. Enterprise rating evaluation: Enterprises are rated based on their A score: Excellent for scores above 90, Good for scores ranging from 75 to 90 (inclusive of 75 and exclusive of 90), Qualified for scores ranging from 60 to 75 (inclusive of 60 and exclusive of 75), and Failed for scores below 60. This helps all enterprises in the industry identify and evaluate the credit risk of customer enterprises, thereby avoiding losses caused by customer defaults.
