To elucidate the role of YAP and FOS in sustaining the OnF state in davnaced CRC, we knocked down either gene in AKSP tumoroids. Overall design: Yap or FOS were knocked down, using specific shRNAs, in AKSP tumorids before profiling their transcriptome. A scarmbled shRNA was used as control.
