Water quality samplings from stormwater canal locations within Halifax River Watershed, Florida obtained from 2023-10-04 to 2024-07-05

This dataset contains water quality samplings from stormwater canal locations within Halifax River Watershed, Florida obtained from 2023-10-04 to 2024-07-05. Water quality monitoring was conducted over nine months at seven designated sampling sites (coordinates provided in the metadata and shapefiles provided in the dataset) located within three stormwater outfalls discharging into the Halifax River, Florida. Sampling occurred bi-weekly, with in-situ water quality measurements recorded and water samples collected for laboratory analysis. Key in-situ parameters measured included temperature, pH, salinity, and dissolved oxygen (DO). At the same time, laboratory analyses focused on turbidity, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN), orthophosphate, nitrate, and ammonia. To ensure consistency, all measurements and sample collections were conducted between 9 AM and 3 PM local time.
