Microbial community of Ant-Treehoppers mutualistic interaction

In this study, we are focusing and giving a knowledge on the bacterial communities and their interaction between the honeydew-producing treehoppers (Membracidae) and its mutualistic ants (Formacidae). To emphasize this study, 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) amplicon gene was generated to comparatively assess the bacterial communities. The study aimed to characterize the bacterial communities of ant-treehoppers species and their interaction group of mutualisms.
