Salinity in arid and semi-arid pasture is one of a serious problem for grazing production. Phyllosphere fungi play important role in protecting plant growth and health. However, less knowledge of salinity effects on phyllosphere fungi. In this study, we analysed assembly and salinity of phyllosphere on grass using Miseq. We want to known : 1) Whether microbiota communities inhabiting on phyllosphere assembly consistent with soil? If so, are these fungal communities effected by different saline soil? 2) What the difference in core phyllosphere fungi between different salinity?
