The near-complete genome sequence of insect associated opportunistic yeast pathogen Nakaseomyces glabratus environmental isolate D77_3

The aims of our projet are : 1. To conduct whole genome sequencing, annotation and comparative analysis of Candida glabrata strains derived from individual patients and from ecological niches. 2. To characterize distribution of specific nucleotide polymorphisms, genome rearrangements, virulence and multidrug resistance profiles.
