Here we report on Electrical measurements on heat treated samples and SEM pictures for the samples presented in Table 1 of the manuscript with the title reproduced above. S0 is with 0% oxygen and S3 has 3 flow% O2 and S15 15 flow % O2 and are sputtered from a FeCoNiCuGe high entropy alloyed target.
