警务时空大数据平台

基于遥感影像、行业通用高精地图、真三维地图，此平台实现各类实时定位信息的统一接入、分发和动态信息上图，通过对警力、车辆等资源的实时监控和调度，优化资源配置，提高警务效率，并支持指挥中心智能化指挥调度，通过整合警务数据和公共安全数据，实时监测城市各个区域安全状况，并对异常情况进行预警。通过数据采集、地址匹配、空间坐标关联等方式，使用三维技术实现人-房互查，提供业务数据上图、警力部署、警情分析等服务。

Based on remote sensing images, industry-standard high-precision maps, and true 3D maps, this platform realizes unified access, distribution, and dynamic geospatial mapping of various real-time positioning information. Through real-time monitoring and scheduling of resources such as police forces and vehicles, it optimizes resource allocation, improves police operational efficiency, and supports intelligent command and dispatch at the command center. By integrating police data and public safety data, it performs real-time monitoring of the security status of various urban areas and issues early warnings for abnormal incidents. Through methods including data collection, address matching, and spatial coordinate association, it enables mutual verification between people and housing using 3D technology, and provides services such as geospatial mapping of business data, police force deployment, and police incident analysis.
