CTDO and biogeochemical dataset

Attached is a database that includes profiles of water temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, fluorescence, and turbidity from the surface to the bottom. Also included is an analysis of biogeochemical variables obtained from water samples collected with a Niskin bottle.
