Using bioinformatics technology, we screened out 3 drugs that can be used to treat heart failure. RNA-seq was performed on the hearts of mice 7 days after myocardial infarction from both the treatment groups receiving these 3 drugs, as well as control groups. This is to explore the potential mechanisms of these drugs in treating heart failure after myocardial infarction, as well as to validate their efficacy.
