本数据集面向雄安新区“窄路密网”城市规划背景下的多粒度交通仿真与空间结构解析需求而构建。数据采集依托2022年高德地图应用程序接口,空间范围覆盖雄安新区及保定市全域。在采集过程中,采用网格化分批次调用策略,获取了包含名称、类别、经纬度坐标及行政区划等属性的兴趣点(POI)数据,涵盖居住、商业、教育、医疗等14个标准大类。并对数据进行预处理以及校验,包括基于地理编码的坐标去重、行政边界归并清洗,以及利用KD-Tree邻近分析与DBSCAN密度聚类算法进行功能区识别与属性校验。经抽样与实地验证,数据具有高空间精度特性,分类属性准确可靠。本数据集精准刻画了雄安新区高密度路网下的土地利用功能属性和结构差异,并且解析城市职住关系、构建精细化交通需求预测模型以及评估公共服务设施可达性提供了坚实的数据基础。
This dataset is developed to address the demands of multi-granularity traffic simulation and spatial structure analysis under the 'narrow roads and dense road network' urban planning context of Xiong'an New Area. Data collection was conducted using the Amap Application Programming Interface (API) in 2022, with spatial coverage spanning the entire Xiong'an New Area and Baoding City. During the collection process, a grid-based batch API invocation strategy was adopted to obtain Point of Interest (POI) data with attributes including name, category, longitude and latitude coordinates, and administrative divisions, covering 14 standard major categories such as residential, commercial, educational, and medical facilities. Subsequently, data preprocessing and verification were implemented, including coordinate deduplication based on geocoding, administrative boundary merging and cleaning, as well as functional zone identification and attribute verification using KD-Tree proximity analysis and DBSCAN density clustering algorithms. Through sampling and field validation, the dataset features high spatial accuracy, with accurate and reliable classification attributes. This dataset accurately depicts the land use functional attributes and structural differences under the high-density road network in Xiong'an New Area, and provides a solid data foundation for analyzing urban job-housing relationships, building refined traffic demand prediction models, and evaluating the accessibility of public service facilities.
