Dataset for the REPLICA cleared Mouse Kidney presented in figure 2b in the paper Index-agnostic oblique plane light sheet microscopy of centimetre-scale cleared tissues at subcellular resolution. Data included: Raw_data - Unalterded dataset acquired using the CtDvOPM. Exposure time was 100 ms and the y step size between each frame is 5 um. Deskewed_Data - The same dataset after deskewing, hot pixel correction and illumination flatness correction. This volume is in the laboratrory coordinate frame (x,y,z). The voxel size for this data set is 1.884 x 1.884 x 10 um (x,y,z). MIP_Deskewed_Data - A xy maximum intensity projection of the deskewed volume.
