Rewiring the Mitochondrial Electron Transport Chain Enhances Tumor Antigen Presentation and Immunogenicity [scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq]

The aim of the study is to analyze and compare the transcriptional profiles and clonotypes at a single cell level of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes from subcutaneous mouse YUMM melanoma model. Overall design: Single-cell RNA-seq and single-cell TCR-seq of CD8+ and CD4+ T cells from YUMM control (sgSCR) and MCJ-knockout (MCJ-KO) tumors (n=1) were performed at Day 21 post implantation. Each sample is a pool of 3 tumor samples.
