Three dominant bacteria in the gut of a wood-feeding higher termite, Nasutitermes takasagoensis.

Uncultured dominant symbiotic bacteria TG3, Fibrobacteres and Treponema sp. in the higher termite gut. The dominant bacteria inhabit the gut of the termite Nasutitermes takasagoensis. A single cell of the bacteria was isolated and the DNA was amplified by Multiple displacement amplification (MDA). The RNA-seq was performed using the gut microbial community.
