A DNA microarray study was conducted to determine the impact of Mt-CFX on mRNA expression and pathway activation in human triple negative breast cancer cells. We used microarrays to detail the global program of gene expression underlying cellularisation and identified distinct classes of up- and down-regulated genes during this process. MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with Mt-CFX, CFX, or 1% DMSO as a control for 72 h.
