Olery - Worldwide Consumer Review Data / Summaries for the Travel & Hospitality Domain. Accommodations

The Consumer Review Content / Summaries are based on the reviews collected on more than 45+ relevant online review- and travel sites. The data is the previous 12 months aggregated data and is constantly updated twice monthly. These sources are selected carefully as they need to cover both the global and regional guest opinions. All reviews are "post stay" and it contains at least a rating and a comment. The ratings are normalised to a 0-10 scale, same for subratings. All the comments are analysed on its sentiment, and per vertical different relevant topics are identified. The sentiment is also presented on a 0-10 scale. Besides ratings and topics, the API provides insights in Travel compositions, Languages, Nationalities and "things to do nearby / where to eat / Nearby places to stay". Includes per property level Name, Address, Geocodes, Postcodes, Country, Region Part of this subscription is the support of the team to help you get started.
