RNA-seq data of HCT-15 cells treated with DMSO or 2 mM aspirin for 24 hr (n=2). To identify differentially regulated pathways affected by aspirin, we performed RNA sequencing analysis of HCT-15 cells treated with DMSO or aspirin, and gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA). Aspirin can behave to imitate glutamine depletion and transcriptionally upregulate glutaminolysis-related genes in PIK3CA-mutated cells.
