SOX15 governs a transcriptional program in human esophageal stratified epithelium and in a subset of esophageal adenocarcinomas

We identified spatially restricted transcription factors and found SOX15 expression confined to stratified esophageal epithelium, with attenuation in Barrett''s esophagus.
