We utilize Plp1-CreERT/Rosa26Stopt-tdTomato mice to purify by flow cytometry the peritumoral skin Schwann cells from melanoma-bearing mice, and compare them to skin Schwann cells from tumor-free mice by RNA-sequencing. Overall design: mRNA profile of purified cutaneous peritumoral Schwann cells from B16F10-bearing Plp1-CreERT/Rosa26Stop-tdTomato mice versus cutaneous Schwann cells from tumor-free mice.
