Assessment of fish and vertebrate communities in Fairy Lake, Acton ON through metabarcoding of 12S and COI markers in August 2021

This dataset contains the results of metabarcoding environmental DNA (eDNA) collected on August 3rd 2021 from 9 sites around Fairy Lake in Acton Ontario. The eDNA was collected by filtering between 1-5 L water through 1 um or 5 um cellulose filters. The eDNA was then extracted and metabarcoded using 12S and COI primers to investigate the fish community in the lake. (2021-08-03)
