The impact of short-term MEK inhibition on the gene expression of murine pancretic cancer cell lines was studied. Overall design: RNA-sequencing of four primary murine pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cell lines. Two conditions each (DMSO treated control and 48 h MEKi treatement) were analyzed.
