TWAS and PALAS summary statistics

Summary statistics for transcriptome-wide association studies (TWAS) and pathway level association studies (PALAS) in coronary artery disease (CAD) and schizophrenia (SCZ). Complete results referring to xx publication. CAD: UKBB_white_british/: results from UK Biobank considering only white British individuals. CARDIOGRAM/: results from a meta-analysis of 9 CARDIOGRAM cohorts. UKBB_indian/: results from UK Biobank considering only Indian individuals. All results are based on the same PriLer models trained on individuals of European ancestry in GTEx v6p reference panel. SCZ: PGC_wave2/: results from 36 European cohorts from Psychiatric Genomic Consortium (PGC) wave2 Results are based on PriLer models trained on individuals of European ancestry in CMC and GTEx v6p reference panels.
