Multi-resolution Hi-C contacts, including both raw and normalized Hi-C matrices of <i>Aristolochia fimbriata</i>

Here, we provide processed Hi-C data (including raw and ICE-normalized matrices) at multiple resolutions from young leaves and early-stage (S6) floral tissues of Aristolochia fimbriata. These data facilitate the identification of chromatin domains or loops across multi-scales.
