Assessment of the influence of clinical, functional, immunological and genetic factors on the severity of the course of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection and post-covid syndrome.

The goal of this study is to assess the influence of various factors on the severity of SARS-CoV-2 infection and the development of post-COVID syndrome. Examining clinical, functional, immunological, and genetic aspects will help us better understand how these factors interact and impact the disease prognosis. During the study, clinical data of patients will be analyzed, including symptoms, disease progression, and complications. Functional indicators of organ systems, such as lung and heart function, as well as other systems, will be examined. Immunological aspects will be assessed through the analysis of the body's immune response to the infection, cytokine levels, antibody profiles, and other markers. Additionally, genetic factors will be investigated to determine possible associations between genetic variants and disease severity.
