Heart–Brain Consciousness Transition Model (HCTM): Phenomenological and Physiological Framework

This preprint introduces a novel theory of human consciousness based on high-resolution first-person observations. It explores the interaction between conscious and subconscious brain regions, the heart–brain functional connection, and the dynamics of transitional conscious states. The work presents detailed experiential analyses, including consciousness fading, return, and the “creation zone” in the brain’s conscious region. By combining subjective data with theoretical modeling, this study offers unique insights into the mechanisms of conscious experience and aims to provide a foundation for further scientific investigation in neuroscience and consciousness research.
