The Dataset.csv consist of example utterances and their corresponding intents from the Customer Support domain which can be used for training intent recognition models.The epoch vs training values for accuracy and loss.xlsx file consist of Values for accuracy and loss for corresponding epochs. Adhering to this Figure 3.: loss vs Epoch and also Figure 4.: Accuracy vs Epoch was constructed in research paper.The Accuracy and average values of Precision, Recall, F1 score of ml, dl and llm models.xlsx file consists of test accuracy and average values of Precision, Recall, F1 score of choosen ml, dl and llm models.
