When it came to generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) use at contact centers in 2024, most said they planned to use GenAI by 2025. Only one percent of respondents stated they had no plans to use GenAI either currently or in the future. Of those surveyed, 15 percent said they are currently using GenAI.
