A Rh-catalyzed enantioselective dearomatization
of 1-aryl-2-naphthols with internal alkynes via C–H functionalization
reaction was achieved. In the presence of a chiral Cp/Rh catalyst
and combined oxidants of Cu(OAc)2 and air (oxygen), various
highly enantioenriched spirocyclic enones bearing an all-carbon quaternary
stereogenic center could be synthesized in 33–98% yields with
up to 97:3 er.
通过 Rh 催化下的手性催化脱芳构化反应,实现了1-芳基-2-萘酚与内部炔烃的 C-H 功能化反应。在含有手性 Cp/Rh 催化剂及 Cu(OAc)2 和空气(氧气)混合氧化剂的条件下,可合成多种高度对映富集的螺环烯酮,这些化合物携带全碳的四价立体中心,其产率在 33-98% 之间,对映选择性高达 97:3。
