The impact of chronic pain on quality of life among older adults: mediating effects of intrinsic capacity and moderated mediation effects of social support

Hypothesis 1: intrinsic capacity mediates the relationships between chronic pain and quality of life. Hypothesis 2: Social support plays a moderated mediating role in the relationship between chronic pain and quality of life. Hypothesis 3: Social support moderates the impact of chronic pain on quality of life through the mediating pathway of intrinsic capacity.
