RNA-seq analyses of wild-type and PML KO mESCs

Promyelocytic leukemia (PML) body is a phase-separated nuclear structure composed of various proteins including several chromatin regulators, and physically associates with chromatin. To address roles of PML bodies in transcriptional regulation, we performed RNA-seq analyses with wild-type and PMK knockout mESCs Wild-type and PML KO mESCs were analyzed by RNA-seq to profile polyA tail mRNAs. Sequence reads were processed with Cutadapt and aligned to mm10 using Tophat. Differential expression analysis was performed using edgeR. TDF file was generated by using IGV. An XLSX file includes FC and false discovery rate (FDR) computed by using edgeR.
