Derived data for "Extreme Positive Lightning Is Not Simply Winter-Enhanced"

This dataset contains shareable derived tables and figure-input data supporting the manuscript “Extreme Positive Lightning Is Not Simply Winter-Enhanced”. The files provide latitude–month positive cloud-to-ground (+CG) fractions, Figure 1 discovery-panel inputs, Figure 2 robustness-ladder values, Figure 3 environmental-window inputs, matched event-scale environmental contrasts, environmental-carrier reproduction values, and supporting landscape/coast/land–sea boundary tables.

The dataset does not include the proprietary stroke-level CNLLS records. The uploaded files are derived summary tables that allow readers and reviewers to verify the manuscript’s main numerical results and reproduce the published figures. CNLLS source data are proprietary to the State Grid Corporation of China and access requests should be directed to the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute. ERA5 variables used in the environmental diagnostics are publicly available from the Copernicus Climate Data Store.

Files are provided in CSV format. The archive is intended to support peer review, reproducibility, and post-publication citation of the derived data used in the manuscript.
