This record includes checksum information for the files received from the Australian Genome Research Facility (AGRF), generated using ExactFile. The directory contains two files: “checksums.exf”, which lists MD5 hashes of the original files from AGRF’s data server, and “TestFiles.exe”, an applet used to verify file integrity. File integrity was confirmed using the command <code>md5sum -c checksums.md5</code>. The AGRF next-generation sequencing service report is also provided.
