Sets of differentially represented pathways predicted with PICRUSt2 to be encoded in genomes of bacteria identified using DESeq2 in each experimental variant described in Golebiewski et al. "Colonization of axenic beet by rhizosphere bacteria takes place in discreet phases regardless of bioinculation with next generation bioinoculant". Files are in the tsv (tab separated values) format. Figures (SVG files) showing at most top 20 DRFs (differentially represented features) or ternary plots are also included. Experimental variants are contained in file names in the form of S/R/L.S1/S2.B/C/M.early/late, e.g. S.S1.B.late. S - soil samples, R - roots, L - leaves; S1 - soil 1, S2 - soil 2; B - genotype B (Beta vulgaris ssp. vulgaris cv. 'Bravo'), C - genotype C (B. vulgaris ssp. vulgaris cv. 'Casino'), M - genotype M (B. vulgaris ssp. maritima); early - early status, late - late status. Name of the variable defining compared groups is included in filenames after an underscore, e.g. _Inoculation.
