Dataset from the analysis of: Evaluation of molecular responses and longevity markers in Acheta domesticus following combined resveratrol and nanodiamond exposure

The dataset corresponds directly to the experimental tasks and scientific objectives described in the project, whose main aim is to determine the activity of different SIRT proteins in Acheta domesticus and to evaluate how resveratrol (RV) and nanodiamonds (NDs) affect longevity-related physiological, biochemical, and cellular parameters.To address this goal, the project investigates the interaction between sirtuin activity, oxidative stress, DNA stability, strain differences (wild vs. longevity-selected), and responses to RV or NDs under controlled dietary exposure.
