Transcriptional analysis of Vibrio vulnificus AphB regulon (CBX42). unidentified

AphB, a member of the LysR family, activates the ToxR regulatory cascade in Vibrio cholerae. Previously, we identified a homologue of the Vibrio cholerae aphB in Vibrio vulnificus. An aphB mutant was constructed and phenotype changes between the aphB mutant and its parental wild type ATCC29307 were evaluated and gene expression profiles of the wild type and those of the aphB mutant were analyzed using V. vulnificus whole genome microarray.
