Low coverage whole genome sequencing (lcWGS) of the parasitic wasp Asobara japonica

Low coverage whole genome sequencing of individual wasps collected from ten locations in Japan to investigate population structure. Seven locations harboured wasps infected with the endosymbiont Wolbachia, causing asexual reproduction, and three locations only had uninfected wasps.
