Single cell RNA-seq data of Arabidopsis roots

We report both raw and processed scRNA-seq data that were used to construct a reference atlas of the cell cycle in the Arabidopsis root and profile opsopl2 mutant roots. Overall design: scRNA-seq of 11 wild-type and 2 opsopl2 double mutant Arabidopsis root samples. Root tips were harvested from 5-7 day-old plants and scRNA-seq performed using 10X genomics 3` kits. The supplemtary file also contains 7 WT samples from our and others previously published work (GSE152766: Samples GSM4625995, GSM4625996, GSM4625997 and GSM4625998) and (GSE123818: Samples GSM3511858 and GSM3511859)
