Genomics of spore killing in Neurospora intermedia.

This BioProject contains genomic data related to the paper Svedberg, et al., "Convergent evolution of complex genomic rearrangements in two fungal meiotic drive elements". Short description: Sk-2 and Sk-3 are two spore killer meiotic drive elements found in the fungus Neurospora intermedia. We here generate high quality genomic data of strains carrying Sk-2, Sk-3 or neither with the purpose of studying the evolutionary causes and consequences of meiotic drive in a fungus.
